Either party may terminate the engagement agreement for any reason by providing written notice. The client agrees to pay any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date.

The Company reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes, and the revised terms will become effective for future engagements.

8. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, along with any specific engagement agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the client and Anettax Solutions regarding the provision of services.
